I went out to my garage this morning, saw a lot of water on the concrete, and heard a gurgling noise. I called a plumber, expecting a big bill. The president of the plumbing company came, and said the leak was in my neighbor's adjoining townhouse. The neighbor just closed on the purchase and with some difficulty, through his broker and the seller, who I knew I found him. He came over and I met my new neighbor for the first time. His lower level was flooded from a burst pipe.

I met, and liked, my new neighbor and the plumber didn't want any money. I gave him a nice tip anyway.

I brought home a gallon of good ice cream and told the wife not to be stingy when dipping it.

I was exposed to Covid on Wednesday. I took a PCR test, results available in 1-2 hours this morning. I tested negative.

We were able to pick satsumas at a nearby grove. It's always nice to have the freshest fruit possible.

I scored 6 cases of wide mouth canning jars and 24 dozen regular canning lids. That will get us started.

We moved into our office space in October 2020. The coffee shop in the building just reopened.
