5 years ago, we took a trip across country in our camper van-going to national parks and such. There was a bunch of sage growing in one rv park we stayed at as well as along the roads we were taking. I grabbed a bag and started picking. We didn't even have the burn it-the van smelled WONDERFUL!

My nephew does that whenever he sees sage by the road.

For some reason the pic reminded me of an old joke about the guy reading in the park. Every time he finished a page he would carefully tear it out, rip it into 4 pieces and throw it over his left shoulder. a guy warched him for awhile and asked him why he was doing that. The reader replied, "To keep the elephants away." the guy says "Why there's not an elephand within a hundred miles of here to worry about." The reader smiled and said, "Works, huh!?"
