Awesome! MissFR has taken over my computer, but I'll get right on that when I can roust her.

Does anybody have a line from the Dennis Leary piece that they want me to add to my remix?

Some how my mom sorted it out.
She called someone this morning and it was called in not too much longer later.
I don't know what happened. I was up at 10 and it was ready by like 11:30.

Now to sleep the rest of today away.

I'll vote for the "helmet" line.

Ha! My dad would be proud!
He has plenty of these gems, so let me know if you need any more - he's kind of like George Carlin, only less funny and more cranky.

Right on. I'm going to make a bit of an opus of it. It needs a bit more TLC.

I played it to MrFR, he nearly peed himself.

Hahaha - Just listened to it again - is that an AC giggle I hear at the end??

Random act of kindness of the day (I was the recipient): One of my older neighbors brought up my empty garbage cans and recycling bins so I wouldn't have to waddle out and get them. I love my neighborhood. I think I need to bake her cookies...

Well...I am late to the party today....

FR - LOL at the website...good times....hehehe

ewag...OMG....love it...will def. have to bookmark that!

Just finished watching Thor with DH....better than I expected. I quite liked Ironman, hated Green Lantern and this was somewhere inbetween so...an ok way to spend a Friday night. Cheap redbox rental, a margherita pizza, a glass of wine (oh ok....a couple glasses of wine).....

Tomorrow I have to visit Costco, Sprouts and Walmart (woohoo) then make sure the camera is charged to take homecoming pics....

Had to smile today. DD called, she had occasion to help chaperone a group of 6th graders on an overnight camping trip. Karma is a wonderful thing. She called to tell me that several of them eyerolled her. She said she had to tell them to give it up. Don't even go there as they were looking at the Queen of All Eyerolling so they needed to stop with the attitude, look at her and heed her words. Needless to say I smiled a bit at that. When I look at the 17 yo girl we sent off to school and now the 21 yo young woman she's become....I can't help but think...."what a long strange trip it's been" (if I may borrow a phrase...)

Anyway...not sure how much connectivity I'll have available this weekend. DH is smack in the middle of budgets at work so he'll be using our (one) computer most of the weekend, DS will be doing homework and I will mostly be limited to lurking on my Nook. I do have posting ability but it's a PITA...

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

That sounds like our evening! Except insert the movie Paul (hilarious), nachos, and a couple of apple martinis.

Now off to bed to play Yathzee on the iPad. Seriously. That's what we will be doing.
