Empty nest how did you deal with it?

We are buying an RV and traveling the country for 2-3 years when my daughter is finished with high school in 4.5 years. After that, we are moving to Colorado to ski, hike, camp, and enjoy the outdoors. Quite honestly, it will be a blessing not to hear complaining or sibling fighting. I hate to admit it, but I am looking forward to being an empty nester. I love my kids immensely but the teen years with my daughter have been very very difficult.
