I thought the same thing!

They are keeping the name because it is their only claim to fame!

They are keeping the name because there's no SANE business person who'd want it with all the baggage it carries.
That name will doom any business it's attached to and should be tossed in the dumpster of stupid, ignorant and foolish.

LOL I saw this on KJZZ's feed. They probably have more problems than what they're saying.

Their dessert business is probably going to white label pastries from that place just west of downtown that bakes desserts for the airlines.

Seriously, their trademark is worth nothing to anyone else. I think they're keeping it because they are hoping to somehow leverage all the negative publicity in their favor somehow.

Actually, I misspoke. As far as what was shown on camera, she let him think she baked that case full of stuff, but it came out later (by Samy's own admission) that they were reselling desserts bought elsewhere, but that they didn't tell GR that because he was not from here and would not understand the concept.

After he saw how slowly she works, and does all the cooking alone, GR must have figured out for himself that there's no way she could bake all that herself in that tiny kitchen.

I saw them on Dr. Phil recently, but I don´t know how old the episode is.
I´m surprised they are still getting attention, it´s not that funny.
