Your not supposed to and if caught, you'll get cited for it. Although, I can't see why it would matter on a day like today. Don't you have a sewer cleanout cap somewhere in your yard you can dump it into instead?

Phoenix knows that!

The state has had actual real honest to god tornadoes on record. It's rare but it happens.

That sounds about right. It should be about 4.5" across, have a round black plastic plug in the top with a square in the middle, and lead right to the sewer. Mine is in my backyard. Depends on where you hook into the sewer line I guess. I've been dumping my pool overflow into my backyard. It's already swamped so I figure a little more isn't going to hurt anything.

Arizona just issued a "state of emergency" situation because of the storm...
