In other words, we cannot be sure which tower the terrorist are targeting.

I am now second-guessing my decision to build an Eiffel Tower in my back yard. It is almost complete. Blast.

Righter than right. Hope they 'look out' for their Eiffel Tower better than we did our Twin Towers. Be careful, it's only half the work.

I would regeret the loss of what was supposed to be a temporary piece of art and not want to be the people that did the deed. The French are not personal friends with the Saudi Royals that fund these atrocities.

I would be be very angry and upset. I would also feel sad about it. It is not just one of the highlights of France, it is one of the symbols of Western Civilization itself. So many take for granted and don't have appreciation for how wonderful Western Civilization is. If we continue to take it for granted and don't defend it it will be gone...sooner than you think.

They have to do something about it and so do we (here in America). They "blew up" our towers, and the left just says ok, make a mosque. I think that the muslims would demand a mosque be built where the Eiffel Tower used to be, I'm sure. Maybe if they blow it up, enough people would get mad, and stop these people from coming into France.

What is wrong with you these days? The left NEVER said "OK" about the terrible tragedy of 911 or " just make a mosque." You seem to twist everything you hear recently to allow your hatred of the left to warp your normally rational thinking process.

I have read many of your previous posts & although I don't normally agree with everything you say, there are times you have some valid points.
Today I was reading another thread in which you posted your extreme hatred of the ' left'. Please get a grip

Afghan Taliban leader orders destruction of ancient statues

The Taliban had no problems with destroying ancient Buddhas. What's to stop terrorists/extremists from destroying any museum which houses antiquities of a religious nature?

The loss of the Eiffel Tower would have a significant impact on Paris and the world. What would be next? Big Ben? London Bridge? The Reichstag?

The Eiffel Tower is pretty much famous for being hideously out of place.
