Hey, just trying to serve the fiction fashionists.

Nothin' personal or nuthin'.

Obama may not be the president, but neither is McCain-Palin.

Not exactly win-win, but at the least, a compromise.

Of sorts!

Simply a compromised Constitution - but hey, that's nuthin' new.

Course, I hate seeing it compromised to it's evil opposite.

That would be more believable were such a definition found anywhere in the English language prior to or contemporary with the Framing of Article 2 of the US Constitution.

Unfortunately, there existed only one definition in the language at the time, and it was that of English common law.

A natural born citizen is anyone born on US soil who is not the child of foreign diplomats or a foreign army in hostile occupation.

Oh!! So do I.

The jury is currently in deliberation. The prosecution asked for 2 years in prison, dismissal from the service (the commissioned equivalent of a dishonorable discharge) and full forfeiture of pay and benefits.

We will probably know in an hour or two.

You still appear to be confused. Let's try again. I will ask you the same question I asked before. Maybe this time you will have the balls to answer:

Do these statements contradict each other?

1. A platypus is a mammal.

2. A platypus is a mammal that lays eggs.

Please, feel free to explain your "yes" or "no" answer.

Please feel free to explain why, if your answer is different from the question above, it would be different.

And again... take your time. Googling is still allowed.

I wonder if the penalty will equivalate the desertion rate.

There were no ducks harmed (or mentioned) during the making of that post.
