Being a liberal I would have tossed them out the second floor window.
But it isn't the law.

Good grief! The B&B owners new what the law states, they can't just decide to ignore it because they don't like it!

But the law states that they can't deny them service; they didn't, they offered them two single rooms. What if they had wanted to have breakfast served to them by men dressed like the Village People and the owners said "no", would they have been in violation of the law since the homosexual couple didn't get what they wanted?

Exactly- not permitting them a double room on the grounds that they are gay is discriminatory, particuarly as they offer double rooms to married hetero couples. It goes against the spirit of the law and as a result is illegal. If they only offered single rooms then it may be ok. Your 'village people' comparison is idiotic, and is simply a service the B&B does not provide.

So your basing your opinion of all homosexuals on the actions of those 2 guys?

Read my 1st posting, maybe that'll change your opinion, but probably not.

He/She/it has done it more than once; ignore them. It's easier than trying to explain the difference.

They offered them rooms, just not the ones that they wanted; again, what if they wished to be served breakfast by employees dressed as the Village People, and were told "no", would they then have yelled "discrimination?" And I notice that you ignored the post about the gay only B&B's........wonder why?

You're right, it's just really ignorant.

Well i can't see a straight couple wanting to stay at a gay only B&B. We have them here in brighton, i doubt they'd turn a straight couple away though.
