Factually incorrect. In a shut down law enforcement gets paid but not military.
sorry hate to throw a damper on this but federal law enforcement does not get paid either until it is over. My spouse if federal law enforcement and we did not receive his pay in the 1996 shutdown until afte the government reopened. As I said in another post as of right now there are no appropriations for the military to be paid beyond April 15th.
It really is all or nothing now. We can debate on WHAT to cut, but we must cut at least $ 1.5 Trillion in spending, period. End the wars, phase out social security, end hand outs, quit subsidizing unproductive businesses.
Sorry you have alot to learn, noone ever gets all or nothing without paying a very steep price.
