You give Trump way too much credit. Corsi's birther book coming out soon has far more to do with the big reveal timing than Trump's big mouth. The release of the long form was also perfectly timed to get it moved off the news cycle very soon with all the royal wedding coverage coming this week.

I don't know that I've ever said he wasn't born here...but I've questioned for 2 years now why he wouldn't just release the darn thing.
Because he released his state certified and OFFICIAL Hawaii Birth Certificate that is valid under the LAW three years ago. That is the documentation you get from Hawaii whether or not you request an official certified birth certificate online or do so in person. In fact the DOH inHawaii made an exception to the actual rules to release the long form.

The Fox audience is an unforgiving bunch. Had Fox made any kind of definitive statement that tilted however slightly towards Obama, their ratings would tank.
