Let's go ahead and tax you some more too okay? While we're at it, why not just tax everyone more so our dumbass politicians in DC can have more funds they can blow through.
I am a member of our very high U6 unemployment rate. You won't get much in taxes from me.
If I was making over $250,000, then feel free to tax me. I would be making so much money it wouldn't make much of a difference.
USA Today poll shows 50% think obama is putting his interest above the natinal good;2/3rd think congress in both parties are . 50% say both are doing a worse job than predicessors and 40% say its the worse in their lifetime.
Americans are unimpressed with their political leaders' handling of the debt ceiling crisis, with a new CBS News poll showing a majority disapprove of all the involved parties' conduct, but Republicans in Congress fare the worst, with just 21 percent backing their intransigent resistance to raising taxes.
Others don't fare too well either
They keep overplaying their hands. They don't seem to learn from this, and keep repeating. This is what happens when crazies run the show.
However, I did not hear any complaints from the GOP that:
1) There was really no plan and Obama just pulled the number out of his a$$. The GOP knows where the proposed cuts are from or else they would have been screaming loudly that the cuts were just invented and weren't tied to anything.
Or
2) That they were solely against the cuts because they were deferred. Plain and simple, they were against them because of the tax increase. I never heard boo about the 4 Trillion in cuts not really being there. The immediacy or delay of the cuts were not mentioned. Just tax increases.
You must not have seen Boehner talking lately.
