Did anyone ask this woman that perhaps she could cut back on her recreational activities since she can no longer afford it? OHhhhh wait, that is PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!!!! Cant have that, can we liberals? You sick twisted pieces of trash. You wonder why we call liberalism a mental disorder....

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are talking specifically about the primary use of birth control! THis college kid, wants to have so much sex that she cant afford the personal responsibility aspect of it! And we are suppose to pay for that?!
I guess the next time someone wants to have sex and cant afford condoms or the pill, I can send them over to your house and youll gladly pay for it?

What the hell is wrong with you people?! PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!

I guess the President called this 30 year old woman to ask if she was alright...lol He said tell your parents they should be proud.

LMAO

Imagine that. Your kid is having so much sex that she cant afford the birth control that she expects everyone else to pay for it. LMAO

Only in a world where the liberals control the narrative does the common sense of all this get hidden.

What is it about "Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion" that Cav Sout wife can't understand?

What is it about the fact that whether a woman is having sex once a year or once a day, she still has to have, and pay for, hormonal birth control every month?

This whole "**** because she takes the pill" argument just blows my mind. It has been around (and covered by health insurance) for 60 years! And NOW the boys have a problem with it?

Poor woman overspent on birth control and wants the tax payers to bail her out. Who does she think she is, Goldman Sachs?

On a more serious note, it isn't good that her request is even being taken seriously. This is a personal responsibility issue, as many other posters have stated. However, as with all moral issues, public perception may easily change to support her view over time (if not now). Oh well, America's problems are so big that instances like this are child's play.

To play devils advocate a bit, I am a male, and perhaps there should be more discussion into the issue of female birth control in general. Men do not give birth, and so will never have to worry about the consequences of sex. Women do, and thus will. However, both men and women have sex in an equal quantities. Lets not forget that these sex-crazed co-eds are having sex with someone, usually a male. So should the government step in to help balance a scale that is by nature unfavorable for women?

Two things. Obama brought this to the forefront. Forcing a company to have something covered is wrong. Period.

And this college woman is just sad and pathetic. Boo hoo hoo. Im having so much sex that I cant even afford bc anymore! Waa waa waa. What the hell ever happened to personal responsibility?

This is just further intrusion by the government. Do you liberals have ANY limits?
Whats next? What has to be paid for by someone else in the future? Keep happily letting the government over reach. One day YOU WILL regret it.

They shouldnt step in at all. PERIOD. They have no business getting involved in this. And anyone who sides with this college kid or sympathies with her....there are few words I can use to describe you here.

SOOO much sex? Let me explain how the pill works. Regardless of whether you have sex once a month, once a week or once a year you need to take it every day. They aren't like viagra that you pop each time you have sex. She also clearly made a point that the coverage of this medication for controlling ovarian cysts should be covered. Do you really hate women that much? Turn back the clock to 1950's and get the little ladies out of the fancy universities right? Clearly, someone doesn't want to be reasonable.
