I understand why state governments are pushing for the US because they want to decrease abortion rates which isn't necessarily a bad thing... we already have state and federal governments trying to decrease the pregnancy rate with birth control and education which isn't a bad thing either... I just find it ironic that you can have one but not the other... The funny thing is, nobody is ever going to agree, it would actually be easier to ban abortion, put something in the air to make everyone go sterile, and then if anyone want to make babies, they are required to take medications to induce ovulation or whatever... I find it strange that that particular method would be easier then having everyone agree... which I think says a lot...

I don't think a sonogram is too much to ask from her.
Perhaps you would like to 'just close your eyes' when this is inserted in you against your will for non-medical, purely political reasons?

So don't want to see the baby you are about to kill then don't have sex. Get yourself sterilized.Oh and murdering a child IS EVERYONE'S BUSINESS. Be responsible and things like this don't happen. Now I understand there are situations where its uncontrollable like rape. I would make exceptions in cases of Rape,Incest,Mental or Physical defect of child or danger to the mother.
So basically, your views have nothing to do with saving a "baby", and everything to do with punishing women for having sex?

Gotcha.

The issue these morons have...and yes they are morons is that in the days of the internet even making it illegal wouldn't reduce the numbers of abortions an iota. Between diy methods to abort, to pills, to exchanges where you can find doctors willing to do it, the age of information makes what they want near impossible.

Most of the country agrees that there are too many abortions and too few adoptions, except for cretins who call themselves the "protectors" of women's rights. They are actually murderous idealogues screeching at everyone with honest reservations about the number of abortions that are performed with such a casual attitude.
Really care to back that view up with some facts?

Funny that doctors don't find it needed, and they tend to know a little more about medicine then a legislator with a law degree .

A fetus has no rights under the law.

quick way to end this nonsense...equal rights... if a woman has to, have it probed up the man that impregnated her too.... I think that penis needs a good looking at too. and since the state is requiring it, then let them pay for it....

ready to have viagra not supported by insurance? might as well. seems all this idiocy is pointed at women only....

Now that you mention it... Where is the Arizona legislation mandating the equipment used for that procedure? Oh, right - that's up to the attending physician. Gee, what a concept.

So again I ask: If it's a medical necessity, what is the reason for the legislation in the first place?

See, that is complete BS and you know it. As long as the Arizona legislature hasn't seen fit to dictate the exact steps taken in other medical procedures, nobody is going to believe that particular fib.

I doubt that it would be as painful as an actual abortion.
