He may very well have. The problem is we've been getting several different stories. Z walked back to vehicle and hit from behind, Z confronted Martin and others.
Im no detective or legal expert. But I still cant figure out that over a month later, no charges have been filed yet they are still looking in to it? Is the evidence or lack there of that sketchy? Is it dealing with the Stand Your Ground law that is what's really complicating things? Id think you either have a case or you dont. I cant imagine they dont have all the evidence they are going to get so I dont understand what the issue is.
I wish they would charge him now or explain why they cant or wont. I would think that if they thought they had a case, they wouldve charged him by now. People get charged all the time while they continue to investigate and gather evidence. This leads me to believe they really may not think they have a case based on some of the evidence they do have. Or, there is deep corruption in the police department, which I would think is unlikely but definitely possible.
Bingo, I have been saying this for weeks. The new prosecutor has said she would prefer to charge Zimmerman before the grand jury date. No charges have been filed, 2 weeks after intense scrutiny and pressure. To me that means the case against Zimmerman is weak and he won't be charged before the grand jury date. He'll probably still be an indicted but if he is not watch out. The loons will go to a whole new level of crazy.
What makes me sick is all this talk about a dead African American like no other Americans ever get killed ever.The facts will come out and many will think twice about being the judge and jury.
The black thing is of no consequence ... I believe that because he was a young good looking kid...it was the loss of potential and the loss of life that bothers people...If the kid looked like some rough aging old crack head with no teeth...the response would have been different....
It was the high quality of the kill...like taking down the white rhino...killing a drugged crazed burn out would have been less frowned on...I just wonder if Zimmerman saw that this young man was of good quality...but I doubt it...his lack of clear perception was obvious...again - I repeat..Zimmerman was is not the sharpest tool in the shed..that's the glitch...how are the authorities going to control people that are not intelligent enough to be reasonable?

I've heard law enforcement experts say that there is more than enough to charge him with right now. IMO...there is either corruption or gross ineptitude with the police dept. We'll have to wait and see.

It might mean that to you, but that is not necessarily how it looks to the prosecutor's office.

I heard they had a march in Baton Rouge today.
Baton Rouge has a ridiculous murder rate, mostly young black men.
Why not have a march for them?
