Maybe you should check the facts.

"Employers in the U.S. were seeking to fill more jobs in March than at any time in almost four years, showing growing confidence in the U.S. economy.

The number of open positions increased by 172,000 to 3.74 million, the most since July 2008, from a revised 3.57 million the prior month that was larger than previously estimated, the Labor Department said today in Washington. "

Obama made a campaign promise to create 7 million jobs. I guess there were alot of socialists out there who believed what a socialist promised.

If Obama didn't make welfare benefits so easily accessible and acceptable as a lifestyle, more people would be forced to get off their arses and find work. All those billions that were wasted on Obama's failed American energy project (translates into payoffs and money given to foreign countries) could have beeen used for training programs for welfare recipients. Go to school, get an education or learn a trade, or no welfare. That should be the choice. Even if the government funded a 4 year college degree, it would still end up being a saving to government and would put productive, educated, skilled people back into the work force and into society.

When the US has to go outside to get people to fill those open jobs there is the outcry that foreigners are taking their jobs. Government needs to make it possible for people who want to get off welfare by giving them the tools to do so. For those that don't, give them the very bare minimum for survival. Instead of giving them food stamps (cash), give them a point card, build warehouses where they can go get what they need and deduct the purchases from the point card.

Americans don't want to work low paying jobs, this has been proven. In America we laugh at the burger flipper, the janitor and everyone else working low wages. Not only that but those people working low wage jobs are usually not seen as wanted by the opposite race. Your issue comes with the media not Obama. Obama didn't cause a entitled mentality, that's true tv and pop culture.

Are you speaking for ALL unemployed Americans? Did you do a national survey? ALL Americans don't want to work low paying jobs and ALL Americans laugh at those at low wage paying jobs? And race is a factor????

Where do your issues stem from and how are they treated?

You get more respect living off the system than you do working a minimum wage job.

And yes, food stamps are up...larger families means more mouths to feed with the same paycheck. I hope those folks who want to ban all birth control and abortions are ready for the mouths to feed. That philosophy did not work too well in Romania.
