I am not so concerned with the life of the person seeking abortion as I am with the life being lost because of the person seeking the abortion. As a mother, I could never imagine sanctioning my own child's death or participating in an action that terminate the life of child of someone else.
I think the women who end up sterile maybe didn't read the fine print when it comes to scaring of tissues and tubes and just ultimately don't understand the biology involved in pregnancy and maybe that is why they discount a human being as a tissue mass in the first place.
I knew one person that aborted her 4th child and did it under pressure from her own mother and she said that every time she drove by a playground or saw a group of children about the age that the child that she aborted would be, she wondered what her child would have looked like. I could tell that it caused her great pain.

They know banning abortion will send women back into the hands of back street butchers.....they just don't care. They know they can't stop abortions, but long as the woman is punished, they are good with it.

Why don't you pray for your God to make everyone wait until marriage. Until that comes to pass I believe in real world solutions.

Those should be the choices...not, oh you made a mistake then you are allowed to be a murderer. Why that is okay is beyond me?!
No, an egg is not a chicken just like the egg inside a woman is not a baby. A fertilized egg is a chicken just like a human egg once in contact with sperm is a baby with a beating heart, which at the early age of only 5 months from what I have experienced, can live outside the womb.

How about you worry about yourself and leave others to do the same.
You don't get to decide what I do with my body.
A fetus has no rights.
And abortion being legal in the US does not meet the definition of murder.
I really don't care if it's beyond your comprehension.
It's not my concern, just as my choices with my body are not your concern.

You need a little more of a relationship with biology.
There is no heartbeat with a blastocyte, zygote or fetus before 8 weeks.
I'd love to see some real and honest scientifically based links showing how 5 month old fetii can live outside of the womb without extensive life support systems.
I can't believe how many incredibly stupid people there are who can't comprehend that most of us don't care if they have 7 abortions a week, 365 abortions a year, as long as they pay for it themselves. Looks like a lot of them post here.
In fact, I encourage them to have abortions. Wouldn't want that kind of dumb to be reproducing.

How is a woman punished? And how can you honestly think we don't care about the mother. We care deeply for them and don't want them to make such a life altering mistake of killing a life that if they don't want can be given to a loving family. My sister is blessed with an adopted child and I hope the mother does feel good about the life she brought to this world and the joy it has brought our family. The only punishment a woman receives if she kills her own child, is the guilt she will feel and any negative affects it has on her body.

What kind of logic does it take for someone to actually believe, that for the fisrt time in history, humans are going to stop having sex unless they want a child?

You want to force women to endure pregnancy against their will. Pregnancy is hardley a benign condition. It permanently alters a woman's body.....and not in a good way. Her chance of dying is more than 10 times greater than if she has a legal, safe abortion. Who are you to force her to take that risk with her health, with her life, against her will?
Countries where abortion is illegal have higher abortion rates than countries where it is legal. FACT
The women in those countries suffer needless pain, infections, sterility and death.
Knowing that, you still want to ban legal, safe abortion for American women.
One can only conclude that you want American women to suffer.......there is no denying it. You seek to comfort yourself with the knowledge that women who dare to abort, dare to do something YOU don't condone, "get what they deserve".
