I love it when a person starts a thread that has no information to back up their claims, just random opinions and expects a good conversation to come from it.
so does murder, wars, and diseases. What are you doing to stop those from happening?
We put murderers in jail, educating people to give them a purpose and a goal to succeed in life without violence (granted this is a long hard process) and researching diseases to find a cure.
Just curious, are you Christian? Because if I am arguing with someone who is not Christian then arguing to protect life is pointless. I do not believe we as humans should have the right to take any life at any stage in the process. Only God should know or control when a life is ended at any stage. You are correct in that at 5 months a baby outside the womb cannot live without help, but God created talented doctors and inventions to do just that, save a life. I am glad doctors do save lives every day, young or old. It saddens me when I see someone have such contempt for protecting life. I do not understand how people can have such contempt for protecting a life as if it is not important. Do you have children? If you do not, maybe someday if you want children you might think differently. Aren't you glad that your mom chose life for you?
Nope, I don't believe in unicorns, either.
I thought your commandments included one that says you shouldn't lie.
After the first lie in this post, I quit reading.
Nice try though.
When you get pregnant, you get to make a decision - for yourself, only.
If you weren't born, you wouldn't know.
I've read stupid posts, this is one of the most stupid posts I've read recently.

Well, it's against the law to murder someone just because they are causing you an inconvenience, or because bikini season is approaching, or just to get back at your boyfriend or husband.
It's also against the law to purposely give someone a fatal disease.
Trying to equate war with abortion is absurd, so I can't even come up with an analogy for that silly comparison of yours.
We even have laws against digging up endangered sea turtle eggs. But the same pro-abortion people support laws banning the eating of eggs from endangered species of animals.
You want to force women to endure pregnancy against their will. Pregnancy is hardley a benign condition. It permanently alters a woman's body.....and not in a good way. Her chance of dying is more than 10 times greater than if she has a legal, safe abortion. Who are you to force her to take that risk with her health, with her life, against her will?
Countries where abortion is illegal have higher abortion rates than countries where it is legal. FACT
The women in those countries suffer needless pain, infections, sterility and death.
Knowing that, you still want to ban legal, safe abortion for American women.
One can only conclude that you want American women to suffer.......there is no denying it. You seek to comfort yourself with the knowledge that women who dare to abort, dare to do something YOU don't condone, "get what they deserve".
When you have intercourse then you run the risk of getting pregnant and should be prepared for a body altering outcome. If you do not want the child, give it up for adoption. Most pregnancies are not some horrible experience that is likely to end in death. It ultimately is between the person and God, but according to the Bible taking death into your owns hands is not your right, and it will cause heartache and suffering. In the end, if your safe abortion makes you feel good about yourself then only you will know how good you feel about it after you die.

You want to enslave women and force them to breed against their will.
How do you plan to do that?
You know abortions have been around since people first got pregnant.
Duh.
Or a mere lie -- they obviously do not believe in their religions but anyone can claim to be something when it's convenient to do so. Or church is nothing more than some fun social club to belong in. A nice setting for a wedding. Obviously they don't share the beliefs.
That is exactly what it is. The truly religious don't need to make a public display of worship in a big, fancy, ornate building. What is more hypocritical than surrounding yourselves with materialistic luxuries while there are others without a roof over their heads and food to eat?
Is that what "Jesus" would do?
He sure wouldn't surround himself with luxury while others wallow and die in poverty. The only religious people that I have ever seen who actually live as "Jesus" would are monks.
Anyone who wakes up in a beautiful home, dresses in fine clothes, jumps into a fancy car and drives to a big, glitzy church on Sundays has no business pointing to a woman who aborts, sanctimoniously claiming SHE isn't following the word of "God". Really?
"He who is without sin.......", .......ummm, yeah, right.
99% of "Christians" do NOT walk the talk.....not even close.

I ride in a car everyday too, that doesn't mean I am angling to be torn to pieces in an accident.
I would consider a pregnancy a horrible experience.....and I wouldn't hesistate for a second to abort it. Do you really think I would give up smoking, drinking or eating whatever the hell I felt like just because I found myself stuck in an unwanted pregnancy? Do you think I would go out of my way and spend all kinds of money to visit a doctor regularly to make sure the fetus is OK? Really? Just how do you plan to force me to treat a pregnancy the way you think I should?
I don't believe in a god........so you can take the threat of divine punishment off the table.....doesn't phase me in the least.
However, since you do believe in a god.....you just better be content in your belief that "after I die....I will be sorry".....because that's all you are going to get.

What a stupid analogy.
Are humans an endangered species? NO
