Yep, I agree. News programs should be more responsible. Except, I forgot...Fox News admitted they are providing 'entertainment', not news...
The President was wrong, the people he was aiming his remarks at, along with all the other people who actually DO pay federal and state taxes, DID build the roads and educate the workforce. Of course we can't depend on the mainstream media to point this egregiously divisive rhetoric out, so we turn to Fox.

Only dunderheads would think he was talking about someone's business.
It was obvious to people who understand English he was referring to the nation's infrastructure.

I don't have to read the transcript. I heard the speech.
What? It was obvious he was talking about infrastructure???? Yeah, in your Obama is God world maybe. The flimsy excuses you guys give this failure is hilarious. You people aren't doing yourselves any justice by doing this. You are actually making yourselves look pretty foolish.

So he's a babbling fool. God help us. Where are his answers about Benghazi? If a white person said Trayon looked like 0bamas son, the racist accusations would fly.

When President Nixon commented about Manson, there was talk of a mistrial. Obviously, 0bama doesn't have a clue about when to keep his flapping gums shut.
You sing but one note in all of your threads and all of your posts: you hate President Obama. Your threads/posts have gone from being merely tiresome to being utterly ridiculous and totally predictable.

So, we get it - from now on, just title your threads "I hate the POTUS" and save us all the time/effort of reading your puerile posts.

Ironic, considering this thread is about how NBC didn't care what the exact words were either, and clearly the meaning was not the same. Maybe they can use the nitpicking defense.

Good. I hope he wins a fortune. The MSM was instrumental in shaping, directing and it now appears, even manufacturing the news.

I was in Florida on an unrelated matter for a good part of this mess and while the facts of the case were awful enough, the media was instrumental in spreading a message of poison that inflamed and made everything so much worse than it already was.

I hope Zimmerman's lawyers get rich off NBC.
I think he has a good case since NBC selectively edited the 911 tape to make it appear he was racist instead of playing the unedited 911 tape the way a proper news agency would do. Only editing of a 911 recording news agencies should do is for language (cursing) or to protect the name of witnesses/victims.

Maybe no one ASKED him about Caylee.
Since when does the US President automatically answer every question put to him by the press? A correct answer to a question on Martin would have been "I don't know what happened and I feel we should let the investigation be completed before convicting someone in the court of public opinion." or something to that effect.

The edited call was the day I 100% quit watching NBC.

Their programming has gone to crap. Even their Premier Today Show is no longer worth watching. I miss Al Roker, maybe he'll go someplace deserving of his talents.

Whenever they like? Your complaint makes it sound like someone is stopping them from doing so.

I predicted that NBC (and others) would get sued by Zimmerman, the media is so crappy in terms of quality they were falling all over themselves to publish *anything*. It's nothing new, just look at all the news organizations that had to settle up with Richard Jewel over the Olympic Park bombing.

This coming from a guy that thinks Zimmerman should be facing charges of manslaughter but am on the fence over whether he will be found guilty or not given the vagueness of SYG laws.

I said a long time back that he may walk away from this with a pocket full of money.

Yeah, NBC was ran into the ground by GE.

GE management has been poison to so many of their ventures where they had no serious experience but waded in with arrogance. They lost billions on reinsurance, wrecked NBC and then bankrupted the company on CMO's tanking the stock and then having to crawl to buffet for a lopsided rescue. Well played guys!

Then you have all the big name execs that left GE to screw up big-time...again, at unrelated industries where they didn't have experience. There is a looooong list of those.
