One was driving (I assume, do you know different?), all three were criminals. When someone is killed in the commission of a crime, all the surviving criminals can (and should) be charged with felony murder. The drivers actions caused the death of her partner.
The sworn law enforcement officer was incompetent shooting into a car with babies in it , also other Wal-Mart Shoppers in the PARKING LOT " there's no telling who he could've killed trying to be a COWBOY COP "....
Them babies were probably in the back seat out of sight. What makes you think he saw them ? Nothing in the article leads to this conclusion.
The mother of them Babies should be in jail for child endangerment. (They were not the kids of the woman killed)
And obviously given the circumstances they didn't have the children's best interest in mind when they pulled their little shoplifting scam, and then tried to practically run the cop down trying to get away!

The three criminals obviously didn't give a crap about "the babies" when they tried to run over the cop. In addition to felony murder and attempted murder of the cop they chould be charged with child endangerment. As long as they spend a good long time in jail they won't be a threat to innocent people.
COP can't give anybody the death penalty what have you been drinking or smoking.....?
Ever heard of Death by Cop ? Happens daily to criminals.
