Being called names is childish, as is your defense of childishness.

Tiny little bans won't do squat. Time to think big.
It may be serious to you but is unconstitutional.

SCOTUS last 2nd ammendment ruling in 2010 clarified that matter.

Its all online ready and waiting free of charge.

Good question. yes, I believe we should stop doing those things too.

Uh, ever hear of the legislative branch?

Care to be more specific, or is "it's all online" all you can contribute?

SCOTUS can revisit issues. It happens all the time.

By banning ownership of assault weapons, and prohibiting pistol ammo, it would make it a lot tougher for those intent on mass slaughter to use a gun to do it.

No it wouldn't, it just creates a black market..... just like alcohol once did, illegal drugs have, gambling once did etc.

At least with the things legal, we can make sure that the things have things like safety mechanisms and other safety features

When it goes to the black market, they can do anything they want

You would just be keeping law abiding citizens from having them, not the huge number of bad people out there

Thanks for proving what I said to be true.... I love it when the other one helps my point

By the way, who is this "we"? You are the only one being ignorant on this thread.....
"Human tragedy" created a national Amber Alert system and Megan's Law. For starters.

People would be far more reluctant to deal on the black market with mandatory ten year prison terms waiting for them. Besides, the gun owners all declare themselves to be law-abiding...so why would they not respect and comply with any new gun control legislation? Hmmmm?
