I'm sure that Dems and Rupubs are both guilty of seeking out cheap labor. I'm sure there are corporations that are owned or run by democrats that have offshore accounts, as do republicans. Lord knows that Hollywood is Democratic. I'm sure they know how to "hide" their money.

Let's go back to Clinton, the creator of NAFTA. That's when outsourcing went full speed ahead. The intial intent was to send manufacturing jobs out and then ship the goods back to the US. We got crap goods at inflated prices. Call centers were established in India. Slowly jobs began to disappear. Corporations loved him.

Then Bush came in and the impact of outsourcing on the US started to surface as shown by the number of jobs lost grew and an industry that was disappearing. Not only that, but jobs in other industries began to disappear. Bush may have "talked" about outsourcing, but did nothing. Corporations loved him.

Obama knows the full impact that outsourcing has made on this country and he makes noise about it, but hasn't done anything. Corporations love him.

If we had a President that had any ballz and really cared about the country and it's citizens, there would be changes made that would favor the economy and put people back to work. Corporations should be severely penalized - hit in the pocket, and not rewarded. Start taking away from the corporations and make them pay for making the choice to outsource THEN you would hear alot of noise from the corporate world, which has remained quite because they continue to reap the benefits that government has blessed them with. And who do you think will make the most noise and shout the loudest - democrats or republicans??

Of the 15 wealthiest Members of Congress - 9 are democrats. The poorest one is a republican with only $44 million to his name. The second richest one is a democrat with $231 million to his name.

Overall the richest politicans in Washington are..................get ready..............Democrats.

Democrat Nancy Pelosi has a networth of 58 million

Oh, there's someone missing. Barack Obama (D-USA) net worth $11.6 million as of Nov. 2012 He was worth $9 million in 2011. Must have made some nice investments and saved his pennies. Salary: $400,000. (Expense account $150,000; $100,000 tax free travel; $20,000 travel - gee, his out of pocket expenses must be huge seeing as he must blow through those allowances in one month!!!!)

Democrats are so good at sitting on their own wealth and deflecting, keeping their followers focused on the Republicans wealth, who clearly do not make up the entire 1%. LMAO!!!

You know it's legal for those slimy bastards to engage in insider trading right? A bill was brought up to outlaw it but it never left the committee.

softblueyz, I remember as clear as yesterday the Clintons wealth was less than a half a million and that was in his first term as Pres. Now he is worth 80 million, and doesn't really work, create anything, own and run a business? I will wager in a few years the chit is going to hit the fan and those in Washington better watch out. I never liked the Clintons, thought he and his other half were as phony as phony can be. It was when Bush Sr. and Clinton became good ole buddies that a huge red flag went up for me to see that something really stinks.

Since the only thing the Occupy movement does well is create filth, lawlessness and chaos, commit rape, theft and arson, how would any of that be helpful?

Clinton earns millions each year making speaking engagements, writes books that earn more millions, and runs a major foundation. His "business" is bigger than anything either of us can dream about ever achieving.

FOOD-Stamps are put in Place to Prevent the Poor from Torturing and Killing the Wealthy. If we got rid of Foodstamps all hell would break loose. The police can't contain people that are starving. Just ask a Dad or a Mother that has a screaming child begging for milk. There is no telling what they will do to stop the baby from Crying.
