But this thread is about a girl expecting but not getting an $8 tip. And if you are complaining about waitress wages and tips why don't you take out a school loan and get an education so you have something to offer that is worth higher wages? Now there is a thought.
Or would you rather bitc* and complain about the people who did that and cry the blues?
Not the issue is the patron had an issue with Obama and decided to blame the wait staff. That is illogical. Especially considering if he was really cutting his budget, he could have ordered differently or went elsewhere if the problem was actually that he only had $40 to spend on lunch. He was acting like a dick.
Let's see, your headline reads, " Idiot doesn't leave a tip; blames Obama. Then the article says, "He said he didn't leave a bigger tip.
Does the fact that you misrepresented the article make YOU an idiot?
I rounded down. He left 40% of the generally expected standard amount.
When everyone knows the standard tip is 15%, and the guy fully admitted the service was satisfactory, he didn't leave a tip, since he didn't follow the SOP.
That's semantics if you think you can't extrapolate that leaving less than 50% of the SOP it might as well be nothing. It is more insulting to leave a cute little note about cutting your budget even though the waitperson did their job appropriately.
Go ahead and call me an idiot...but if I am "cutting my discretionary income" $40 lunches are tops on the list. As well as printing out extraneous business cards.

It doesn't matter what you think. It's his money and if he decided to cut back on the tip because he has to pay higher taxes it's his right. You can argue until you are blue in the face and if he wants to do that it is his choice.

Why should anyone who earns the money have to cut their discretionary spending just because idiots voted for Obama. Seriously, you didn't think people would cut spending in ways that would affect you. If you didn't realize that then you are as much as an idiot as Obama thinks you are.
The guy is cutting a little here and a little there and if he had to take a cut it is obvious he made up his mind that you need to take a cut too.
LOL. I wonder if other waitresses and waiters WHO VOTED FOR OBAMA are taking note. Just because 1 person was known to do this doesn't mean that others are doing the same thing.
Yep, Dems were warned and they just laughed. Who is getting the last laugh now.
Yeeah, Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, and Billy Bob's grits and egg truck stops are teeming with Democratic waitresses.
Laugh all you want but you are just proving to more folks what *******s Republicans are.

We appreciate the help.
And that's the bottom line which they might not like but which is clear to everyone who looks at them.
