you are arguing for the possibility that the COLB and/or the LFBC is fake when that belief is contradicted by four major points:
A): the HI dept of health has confirmed the validity of both the COLB and LFBC and the information on the documents.
B): the 1961 birth index, available to the public, confirms the information on the COLB/LFBC.
C): the contemporaneous newspaper accounts confirming the birth are available on microfilm in multiple libraries across the US including the library of congress.
D): the physical state certified LFBC was handled and photographed at a press conference. to believe the online version is a forgery is to believe the white house made an exact digital duplicate of an existing document.

You can't trust what Hawaii has put out for Obama. First of all, Hawaii registrar Alvin Onaka has certified to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that Obama's Hawaii birth certificate is not legally valid. Bennett asked Onaka to verify, among other things, that Obama, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961, in Honolulu on Oahu to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama. According to Hawaii law, Onaka has to verify any submitted information if he can certify that the birth actually happened that way. And though Onaka verified that the claims on the White House image are claimed on the record they've got, he did not verify the truth of any of those facts.
Onaka has been willing to say that the claims that are actually on the White House image "match" the claims on the record but is NOT willing to say that the information is "identical" or that the White House image is a "true and accurate representation of the original record on file". It is NOT a true and accurate representation of the original record and the information in it is NOT identical to the information in the real record. The White House image is a forgery.
Second of all. The birth announcements just say a baby was born. That's all. They don't even mention a name or place of birth. So the newspaper birth announcements verifies nothing.
Third. The press apparently was so overwhelmed at the presser that they didn't investigate the authenticity nor attempted to ask the WH to have a independent attestation done to the document. Savanah Guthries photo was not clear and that is all it was.......a digital photo.......like the electronic image of the fraudulent PDF Mike Zullo found to be a forgery.

So one of my distant relatives wanted to come to the US and the US government made him go through a 9 month background check of the most extensive variety where they unearthed every facet of his life, extensive biometrics and fingerprinting, and then only granted him a mere visit visa.

The article by Politico released today reveals that Obama still has a problem when it comes to his background. Yesterday I posted a link to where Rush Limbaugh is calling for a 'background check' on Obama in order to vet his past once and for all. The poll was conducted by Fairleigh Dickinson University, the largest independent university in New Jersey. It is apparent with the Poll results, Rush isn't alone in his thinking. You see, the press all the time say's that all the "birther" theories have been PROVEN false. They have not, especially Sheriff Arpaio's findings that the PDF of Obama's long form birth certificate was fraudulent as well as his selective service registration with a 2 digit altered 'Pica U.S. Postal Date Stamp'. The Selective Service ONLY accepted registrations with a 4 digit pica date stamp. More recently the Obama loving press like to add that Hawaii has "certified" the LFBC when their "Verification of Birth" is INVALID on it face because it is UNDATED and RUBBER STAMP signed with initials of someone unknown. Furthermore it does NOT list Obama's Date-of-Birth since a birth-document via Hawaii DOH 338 - 17.8 does not require "proof" of Date-of-Birth. I submit that their refusal to use the words "CERTIFY" and "TRUE & ACCURATE" and instead "indicates" and "information matches" is not legally definitive. People can read through the bull**** that Obama/Hawaii is trying to perpetuate upon the American people and this 'Old Army Soldier' is not buying it either.

This is, of course, because the law forbids him from doing anything else. The fact that the information "matches" is an explicit verification that all of it is correct. Obama was born on August 4th, 1961 at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu Hawaii.
But since a certified copy of a birth certificate cannot be "identical" to the original (which actually contains a vast amount of other information that is never released, ever) to call the document identical would not be true. So not being a blithering idiot, Onaka did not say what was not true.
