Default gun violence is downstream of grugs and gangs

"Gun control" ??????

What the heck does that mean?

So one group favors gun control and the other doesn't ????????????

So you co-op gun control advocates to be opposed to a pro gun position??????

Caught!

There are degrees of 'gun control'. There is a point of diminishing return where further legislation becomes a marketing tool for a political candidate or agenda and has zero impact in the reduction of violent crimes.

Gun owners favor 'gun control' so do the inner city folks who carry illegally to protect themselves from thugs. Gangs really favor "gun control".

Gun violence is downstream of drugs, gangs and turf wars. A gun is used because of a previous incident which inflamed the offended party.

Before any gun control legislation is signed into law, the Latin Kins, MS13 and who ever else causes most of the murders, should be invited to speak to the legislators and describe how those new laws will impact their business.

The people who perpetuate gun violence decided not to subscribe to your restrictive fierarm legislation.

The biggest hypocrits are the drug users who subsidize gang violence wiith cash and then get holy about gun violence and want to go after guns instead of drugs as it would inconvenience their life style.

Chicago proves that if you murder people in small numbers and the media is protecting you, there is no problem. Only when things go national and the media has no chance to protect their political allies, every politician suddenly pretends to 'care'.

Tell how much you care to Chicago and Newark, two places that have some of the strictest gun control in the nation and the most murders.

If the presence of drugs were to diminish, the gun violence would coorespondingly also nose dive.
Stricter gun legislation would not be on the first page of anyones list of problems that needed to befixed.

So if you know someone who buys illegal drugs you might want to thank them for the resultant violence.

None of us in the inner city want gun control. Blacks in the suburbs might want gun control but they're not effected by gun violence. The people in the inner city don't want gun control because we don't want government control.

And as far as those in the inner-cities, why don't they want to see any drug control or laws against drug trafficking because much of the violence and murders has to do with bad drug deals and drugged minds needing money for more drugs.

Why don't they want their government and it's polticians protecting their kids from drug traffickers who profit so very nicely from their willingness to rob and murder others for money to buy drugs?

I'll take the opinions of people suffering from gun violence over people safe in the suburbs & rural America on how accurate the "more guns make us safer" argument is.

Of course you will. Which is why your logic is poor.

I'll take the facts and statistical evidence.

Being exposed to gun violence does not make you an authority on the practical effectiveness of gun control in any way shape or form. To be quite honest, that's an absurd notion on its face.

I know mothers who refused to cooperate with the police when their son was shot and killed. What do you know about us? All you do is lie and take cherry picked examples.

Lol... so you're raising a logical fallacy to defend another logical fallacy, and you're saying that my logic is poor. Uh huh.

Anyway, to the meat of the matter.

Do most gun crimes in the city happen inside the home, or outside the home?

Good point. You win. How can I compete w/ your story of knowing people that don't like cops...
