I refuted your allegations, in case you're not smart to parse them:
Your claim: Pashtuns were majority of the resistance and "Taliban" ergo the resistance was proto-"Taliban"
Refutation: Pashtuns made up the majority of all fighters, on all sides, even the PDPA (the pro-Soviet communists) because they're warriors. Now I referred to a specific Pashtun tribe by a very unique name, I noticed you didn't take the bait there probably because you're not familiar with the terminology (not recognized by Western sources)
Your claim: Haqqani is Taliban.
Refutation: He is not "Taliban", he outsources most of his fighters and is separate.
Your claim: Hekmatyar is allied with the Taliban
Refutation: Hekmatyar fled to Iran to avoid the Taliban. He returned to fight the US invader. His group and the Taliban have a agreement not to shoot each other as long as they shoot the American. This is the extent of his alliance.
I will not use Western sources, who know the region worse than me, for sources. I don't need to google anything. You're on record of posting a picture with a woman and claiming she was Taliban.
