The accuracy rates for predicting sexual orientation were 88 percent for males and 75 percent for females. But don't think reaching that result was as easy as seeing who clicked the "like" button for "Gay Marriage." Less than 5 percent of the gay users were fans of such obvious pages, Kosinski and his colleagues said. The predictions were based instead on inferences from likes for less obvious pages. For example, the computer model associated the fan pages for Kathy Griffin and "Wicked, The Musical" with homosexual males, while heterosexual males were associated with the pages for Bruce Lee and WWE wrestling.
The dictionary isn't an end-all, be-all acceptance of what words mean and what they stand for.
People have an unspoken agreement those definitions are acceptable for what is being defined. It is until we start questioning these definitions that they change.
Good way to not worry about being cut. Then if you somehow get cut and nobody signs you the cries of discrimination and homophobes are running all these organizations will rain down.
Of course, according to this definition, left-handedness, congenital blindness and deafness, dwarfism, etc. are all also "abnormal" in that these things deviate from the norm.
Then again, you seem to be laboring under the baseless nonsensical BS that people choose their sexual orientation. It's hard to make a factual point with someone who holds to that kind of Dark Ages thinking...
And some of us are gearing up to watch all the ultra-conservatives' heads explode.
It's gonna be soooooo much fun.
what about your fellow democrats?
