Zimmerman should have taken his licking like a man.
Why should he let someone beat him and potentially kill him? If only Martin hadn't decided to go all "gansta" on a stranger that night, he would be alive and an innocent man's life wouldn't have been ruined.
But then, it gave the racists on CD a lot to talk about for the last year.
character assasination, Irrelevant and immaterial. He was an innocent child walking home with Skittles and iced tea the night gz killed him, and that's all that matters. He was a typical teen, nobody's perfect. tm is not on trial. A slimy defense effort to taint the jury pool. gz has a criminal record, a past history of violence, took Adderall. tm didn't deserve to die.
That should pretty much cover the bases.
So then Zimmerman's past is relevant but Martin's past is irrelevant and immaterial. Got it.
Why dont you defend Tervon's right to stand his ground and defend himself??? If treyvon were a year older, he could have excersized his constitutional 2nd amendment right to conceal carry...
He would have been alive today. guns do save lives.
Martin was 17 and the age for handguns is 21 in Florida. Enjoy being wrong much? To legally defend yourself you must establish that you were in imminent danger of dire bodily harm or death. Could Martin do that in this situation?
How would the City-Data klan-a-palooza post if it the races were reversed . . .
White kid walking through Black neighborhood and Black man with a history of violent encounters jumps out of a car and provokes/attacks the white kid because the Black guy wanted to know what the kid was doing in 'their' neighborhood?
Mods would be on OT with all the infractions they would be giving out.
If the races were reversed there wouldn't be any postings because you never would have heard about this case.
I hope Zimmermans lawyers get hammered for trouting out this BS that has nothing to do with evidence. As you have said there is no way of him knowing one thing about Martin from observing him walking down the street. I do not have a dog in this fight and the court will sort this out. But keep in mind this whole thing should have been avoided if Zimmerman listened to the police dispatcher and stayed in his truck as requested.
What evidence?
Killing someone is not always a crime. The gun, the bullet, the dead body ect ect.. all evidence that says nothing, it all points to what?
You have a fight, and one guy says he was in fear for his life so he used deadly force! It is a he said she said situation and character is everything right now!
I remember a drug dealer burglarizing the home of another drug dealer when the resident drug dealer shot the intruder and killed him. There was evidence to support the burglary and no matter that they were both scumbags he was in the right for defending himself and his property!
maybe there will be some kind of reckless endangerment or "causing the death" of another person because Zimmerman didn't use sound judgment and basically help escalate the situation.. But I seriously doubt there will be a murder conviction!
It's sad how some people have such a vested interest in hoping George Zimmerman is innocent. I wonder why that is?
