While it isn't that easy to show malevolence in this case it isn't impossible. Especially depending on how a judge leans.
There wasn't time for malevolence or willful neglect unless all the witnesses for the prosecution were so hell bent to nail this brat that they put their own freedoms on the line to do it.

And yeah if they ask for $1000 or a bit more so they can have a "victory" then that's up to the insurance company not the city (well unless they decide to pay out of petty cash). All insurance policies come with a right to settle since you're playing with the insurance company's money not the city's. Now bikini **** girl wants $2M because that's the amount not of the injury but to prove they are serious

A judge already ruled on probable cause so they'd have to be able over turn that evidence. There was a good right up that was pretty late and written by an intern and almost factually correct that said the teacher was overruled right away. So that would seem to take him out of it since it wasn't in his hands long enough.

This crowd that elevate 14 year olds and obey their commands are a strange bunch. They want punishment but can't articulate what for. If anyone was interested in debate over the worship of an 8th grader then they should put forward the charges and appropriate damages.

Just because someone's got a badge does NOT make them all powerful and OZ like. I'd say the cop needs some retraining in how to deal with stress and anger. He also needs to be reminded who he works for which isn't just adults in power.
Turning your T-shirt inside out when a teacher asks you is not cowering or maybe every student should make his own rules. The Cop over reacted but that still doesn't excuse this kid, if he could have just shut his mouth this wouldn't have been front page news

This is where the blood sucking state worshipers are leading this country. I don't care if you're for or against guns, this is what an out of control government looks like on even a local level.

This is baloney. The school should be sued for abuse of police services. This was a CIVIL matter and the government should not have been involved.

The answer from him would be "no law" because there wasn't a single law he violated. You're the only one insisting he violated anything, so I'll ask again, what law did he violate? Either answer this directly, or just admit you're wrong and you'll gain back a little respect here.

How can the school be involved and not be government involved?

You don't mention what is abuse because it cannot be articulated.

The wack jobs are arresting 5 year old children for sexual assault so what's the big deal...Pick the kids up at birth and lock them up ---then train them to be progressives during confinement.

Where did I say he violated a law? Hmmmmm. Do you have to decide all sides based upon fantasy? You believe what the child says and then you believe what you want me to have said?

There is no respect to be gained here just like I don't seek it from bithers. This is the same mentality. You believe what you want not based on facts. Respect from someone that says I insisted he violated something is not real.

That said, the boy is the only one that has stated facts for the most part and what he said was an admittance to what he was charged with. What he was charged with is what the court found probable cause on.

All all of those facts add up to the child supporters as tantamount to a huge government conspiracy and deprivation of rights.

I guess for those worshiping this child, there are no violations of the law as long as you are running your mouth at the same time. God help us if this message gets out to the next generation.

Isn't that what public schools do?

Why should he have turned it any particular way? It didn't violate any dress code nor law. Maybe it offended the teacher, so? They're there to teach (many forget that) not to instill their belief system into the kids.

So please enlighten the rest of us why he shouldn't have said "no"?
