She HEARD the voices. Geeeezzz, guys, get a clue. THAT is "witnessing"......you don't have to SEE something to be a witness to that event. Additionally, after she heard the voices, she did indeed SEE the two people struggling on the ground outside.

If they are called by the STate, the State can ask them if they recognize the voice of the person calling for help on the recording, and that's it. The State does NOT have to ask them anything else The Defense then CANNOT ask (on cross examination) questions regarding anything other than what was covered by the State on Direct Examination. The Defense may try to trip up the parents so they volunteer some character-type information, yet I'm sure those parents are very well aware that the defense will attempt such a tactic.
The father initially said it wasn't Trayvon. The Mother did, but, recently when shown the video on Trayvon's phone, said she could not determine if it was or wasn't Trayvon's voice. The speaker was right next to the phone and was not screaming. Both can be discredited.
The jury is smart enough to see that this woman is full of assumptions and nothing else. Well, hopefully, they are smart enough.

You're in FL and know how these southern showers can be. It can be pouring rain one minute, drizzling two minutes later and completely clear two minutes after that.
