All the while, both sides continue to accuse each other of being puppets and delusional. Lol.. Carry on.
Actually most people who are angry about the verdict could care less. I mean nobody said he was incapable of good deeds.

It's just that whole shooting-an-unarmed-minor thing...

This ^^^^ would not surprise me at all.

Given everything we know about him, I think this could very well be what happened.

When someone uses the words "critical thinking" in their posts, I know they're watching way too much MSNBC. Those people can't be trusted to know right from wrong, up from down.

Yes, mondayafternoons is on the loonytoon fringe. You can be sane and still be angry at the verdict. I still say under Florida law not guilty was the only possible verdict.

This was not a fight featuring Satan versus Jesus. It was two flawed individuals who were also capable of doing good.

The whole affair was highly unfortunate- If all those who participated in the tragedy could go back in time...not Martin - no Zimmerman would repeat themselves..it was a huge ugly mistake and I hope people will learn from this..that two people misunderstood each other and that misunderstanding led to death and a ruined life.

There was a short period where I lived on the far east end of Toronto- it was sort of black gang territory and I got the trust of a this one banger...I heard there was a shooting in the parking lot outside my barber shop..There was a bullet riddled car...I asked my friend what happened...all he said was "IT was a misunderstanding" - it was strange that he would interpret such an event in this way - but I guess thinking back it was true...Martin and Zimmerman had a misunderstanding.

Very astute. I just posted something similar. People fail to understand other people- and there are misunderstandings...Martin and Zimmerman had a severe misunderstanding. I really don't believe that one was evil and the other was good- They were as you write - flawed individuals capable of doing good...who knows - if there was an attitude of peace and understanding Zimmerman might have become friends with the departed Martin...it's tragic.

Whoa....like you just said something so insightful that my brain can't even compute it! It's almost like you're saying we're all saying the same things just flipping sides whenever it's something we don't agree with! Oh man....you're like totally making me rethink my place on this earth man!

It's just that shooting a felon engaged in assault, battery, and attempted murder thing, is not a crime - it's self defense.

An unarmed person is not a harmless person... especially when he's bashing your skull on concrete pavement.

It is laughable to watch is it not?
Change a few names and it is the same insults, same accusations and same conclusions. Hardliners at their best are exactly the same..
