Everything is missing from Leviticus except for the bits dealing with homosexuality. It's the very epitome of hypocrisy.
1. Leviticus is not the only passage that forbids gay marriage, so does the NT.
2. There are other sexual acts that are forbidden in that same passage such as beastiality and incest. I don't see anybody trying to throw those out too?
I work in a high school with 3500+ kids, and this has been a hot topic of conversation. I have yet to hear a student agree with the bakery. Even the most religious students feel that the owners were wrong.
They are part of the next generation of voters. Things are changing.

Reading some comments here -- it's pretty scary. You can't force people to do business with you!! If I went to a prostitute on the street, and she didn't want to provide her services to me, can I call Oregon's Bureau of Labor and Industry to come force her to provide sex to me?
It is called forced labor. This ain't a legal case. This is a dictatorship case. Actually a pretty sick one.
No wonder NH is proposing those laws. They shouldn't have been necessary in the first place.

Prostitution is not a legal business in Oregon, a bakery is, and is bound by the laws of the state.
According to which law? Or is this something you just decided? No one forced anyone to open a bakery, so your claim that this is forced labour has no merit. Businesses cannot discriminate against their customers based on their sexual orientation: what part of this don't you guys get? There are no qualifiers like "unless they're Catholic" or "unless they really want to" or "unless they feel it's forced labour". Businesses cannot discriminate against their customers based on their sexual orientation.
I'm still amazed, and amused, at the idea right-wingers have that laws they don't like don't apply to them.

Very few here feel they were right.
