Had that tea party loon Ken "Sharia Law" Cucinelli been elected, his first executive action would be to send the gays to government-mandated "gay conversion therapy" camps. You know, the ones where Marcus "The Lisp" Bachmann ran with the generous help of taxpayers.
So then if the people deserve equal protection when will "white hetero sexual male" become a protected class? I can't wait for that so I can slack off at will yet it would be next to impossible to get fired. When will it be a hate crime any time a white hetero sexual is a crime victim?
To a degree, yes. People are still being fired and "let go" from jobs because of their sexuality and the companies doing this aren't getting in trouble.
