1. It does restrict people from practicing their religion. Nothing in this ruling comes close to depriving the baker from going to church, celebrating religious holidays, etc.
2. The only "actvitity" the baker was required to do was ... BAKE A CAKE.
3. The baker did not have to participate the same-sex marriage. The baker was not asked to officiate at it, attend it, celebrate it, or even approve of it. The only thing service the customer asked was to BAKE A CAKE.
4. By your reasoning, I - as a landlord - should be allowed to discriminate against any minority group that offends my religious sensibilities.
Sheesh
In the ordering of a wedding cake you are generally advised to figure in the cost of delivery and setup. So, in a sense, the baker is included and does more than just "bake a cake".

Yes, sometimes the baker does have to deliver the cake to the RECEPTION. not the wedding. The cake plays no part in the actual wedding ceremony. The cake is only seen AFTER the wedding ceremony has been completed. So the bake is not participating in any way with the wedding.
Who said anything about the writings of Paul? Show a quote made by Jesus, that deals with homosexuality. You can't because none exist.
Mark 7:20-23
20 He went on: “What comes out of a man is what makes him unclean. 21 For from within, out of men’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22 greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. 23 All these evils come from inside and make a man unclean.
Sexual immorality is Porneia in the Greek. It covers incest, adultery, harlotry, beastiality and homosexuality. Whatever God called an abomination in the OT remains an abomination in the NT as well.

The reception is a celebration of the wedding ceremony and is therefore an extension of the wedding. You "honor" any said couple by celebrating with them at the extension, i.e., reception. You have honored and given your approval of the vows by putting in an appearance - that includes providing any food items, decor, giving a gift, etc.

So if I buy my wedding decor from Walmart, that means the cashier, CEO, the Chinese factory workers who made the product, etc are all honoring, approving, and participating in my wedding?

Including shellfish, and pork?
I wonder if the baker reviewed the dietary habits of anyone he baked a cake for?

Providing a cake that is delivered and set up BEFORE the reception ever starts, is not participating in a marriage.

Oh, all those other laws in Leviticus are just incidentals. The only one modern day Christians are required to follow are the ones concerning sexual immorality. Don't believe me? Look it up. It's in the bible. Really!

You purchased that on your own and brought the items to the venue. None of these people were present to set that up for you, were they?
