Pretty much.......don't be a victim. Why is that so hard to figure out? I though you women were equal to men anyway why can't you fight em off? Oh wait is that something the feminist movement forgot to let you know about? It appears so. Carry some mace........carry something.

Just to clarify: if someone carries a gun, is raped, and becomes pregnant, should that person be treated differently under the law from someone who doesn't carry a gun, is raped, and becomes pregnant?

I was raped and became pregnant when I was 17. In what state could I have carried a gun? And why would I have carried a gun to a friend's house where we were supposed to be studying?
Now, I was "lucky" and miscarried, and was able to move across the country to college on a full scholarship - something that likely would not have happened had I gone through a pregnancy in my senior year of high school. That college degree that I earned debt free allowed me to get a job with health insurance just before I was diagnosed with stage IV cancer. I can't imagine what life would have been like had I gone through the pregnancy and either chosen adoption and likely debt, or, even more chillingly, had I been diagnosed when I had a 5 year old raising it alone. I lived in an area where I had no access to a clinic (no public transit) and was not informed of any kind of resources available to me when I tried to report it to the police. I suspect that in that area of Texas, being similarly rural, religious, and conservative to the area where I grew up, women meet similar disregard and contempt.
G-d forbid the same thing happen to your daughter, KUchief.

Most educated, intelligent people (which is the majority of the population) would agree that a rape should be considered equally under the law regardless if the woman had a gun or not. What causes a rape is a rapist! Unfortunately you are going to deal with a bunch of knuckle dragging idiots on this forum that will blame a woman for getting raped. Just look back at the posts already made, one in particular made a comment about a metal clothes hanger to take care of abortions like that was something cute and funny, when it is just sick and twisted.
True... I believe there's a pill that could be taken right after to prevent a pregnancy if im not mistaken...
There is, and it's part of the treatment for rape.
