Let's start with the black panther voting intimidation case. It all goes down hill from there. Holder is a racist using his position to suite his views.
What voter was intimidated in the "black panther voting intimidation" case?
Eric Holder is mostly a pro corporate shill who has been far to lenient on the big banks and Wall Street and their criminal behavior, but some of his work in the Justice department is truly important and greatly unreported.
And yes, on issues of race he is much more forthright than the vast majority of politicians. It is refreshing.
The Politico peace goes over exactly what you are describing regarding "going after" the bankers that got the US into the financial mess. This is one of the reasons he said he didn't pursue criminal charges...
Quote:
Holder and the head of the department’s criminal division, Lanny Breuer—a former Clinton impeachment defense lawyer—were reluctant to pursue criminal charges against individual bankers after a test case resulted in an embarrassing acquittal.

Holder has made some mistakes (just like previous AGs) but there is nothing you can claim he has done from any position of authority that was racist. He has made some statements about race that conservatives like yourself do not agree with but he doesn't use his position (like some white AGs of the past) to enforce laws in a "racist" way...

Obstruction of justice, criminal conspiracy. You can pick the scandal: Fast & Furious, IRS targeting, Benghazi cover-up, VA scandal.
He should also be behind bars for failing to apply the law equally and practicing institutional racism. The case of white voter intimidation in Philadelphia that he declined to investigate or prosecute for no reason comes to mind.
He also prosecuted Arizona for its immigration law being in violation of federal law. However, San Francisco declared itself a haven city and has ordered its law enforcement to cease cooperation with federal immigration officials but Holder did not prosecute there. Another instance of politically motivated failure to apply the law equally.
I noticed how when you asked for specifics there wasn't a response...
Anyone who went to that voting location. If it had been a Caucasian man in a hood and white robe standing outside a voting both with a club in a neighborhood with many black voters, you would have declared that voter intimidation and you darn well know it. The fact is that the government had already won the case against the Black Panthers but was forced to abandon it by Holder. They forfeited the case by declining to show up in court.
Sorry, but batting your eyes coyly and saying "what intimidation?" in an innocent voice won't work here.
Well to be fair I wasn't clear on what quotes I was saying were forth right from Mr Holder.
But yes most of his statements with regards to race have been very honest and correct.
