I'm Asian and most of my family thinks blacks are hilarious in how often and hard they play the victim card. We came here with nothing and were given nothing and worked our way up.

Actually, some on the left happen to be speaking up. Difference being for successful blacks and listening to successful blacks lie to you. ObamaCare was never free and now it's rigged to help non-Americans. How can one support a President who is selling out the people?

This is it, you came here knowing no one would care. Some were born here being told everyone should care to take care of them from cradle to grave. Giving most of them government or union jobs has not helped either.

and are these blacks on the left regurgitating conservative talking points as the key to success? who are these blacks on the left? what does ACA have to do with whether blacks respect certain successful people and not others?

actually it was helping. government/union jobs were a driving force in creating a larger black middle class. Republicans fought to privatize many government jobs and bust unions. hmm. republicans taking away something that was working and then saying it wasn't working. well, yeah, it's not working now.

Two of our best friends are Chines. They would agree with you. But they say their parents were really hard on them while in school.

Yeah but your family also doesn't have four decades worth of oppression from being slaves, abused slaves, separated from your families and worked to death, forced to attend subpar schools, denied access to certain stores, buses, even drinking fountains, finally getting so-called equal rights and still being denied jobs, housing, followed around stores, stereotyped unfairly and pulled over for no reason other than the color of your skin, right?

Who ever said Obamacare would be free? It is and always was a scheme to make health insurance available to more people. Nobody ever said insurance would be free.

What you had was a community with internal community values. You were also left alone to progress and invest in your community.

Yet, the blacks were given their freedom to walk any where in the USA. NA were put on reservations to be watched and today they still remain plagued with problems that arise on the reservation. My grandfather was NA and claimed to be Mexican in the 1950's in Arizona, so he could get work in the fields.
