Once again when government imposes high taxes people will go to the black market. The revenue isn't a big disappointment. That's another thing you made up.
Your post is incorrect, yet again. Crime is down and revenue is up.

Truth hurts so close your eyes, and block your ears. The legalization is blowing up in ther faces of the proponentes so they cook the books to make things look better.
