The problem is that you don't think. You regurgitate what is spoon fed to you.
Instead of seeking the truth because it might cause some you sort of cognitive dissonance you'd rather play patty cake and kissy face with posters about how great are the Candian Gun Laws.
I haven't heard " the problem is that you don't think " in years. The last time it was my mother chastising me for running into a side table and breaking a lamp. Ah, memories. Thanks
I have never said or hinted that Canadian gun laws are GREAT, I merely was correcting someone's misunderstanding of those laws.
As for seeking truth. I always seek the truth. You posted a claim without anything to back it up. It's fine to have an opinion, but opinions, well good opinions, must be based on some reality.
I simply asked you to provide that.
AND it's illegal to sell a gun outside, like out of the trunk of your car.
Here in Cali you can't sell a gun unless an FFL dealer is present.
We have the strictest gun laws in the country... yet the very CA senator (Yee-D) who authored many of those laws is in a Federal prison awaiting trial for running guns, selling guns to gangs, corruption, and vote tampering.
In many states you don't need to go to an FFl to do a private party transaction for a firearm. I believe that is what JimR was talking about.
However yes in Kommiefornia You need to go to an FFL. I own many guns that I bought pre 1990 in parking lots, front yards and garage sales back when Kali was a free state and all you had to do was post an ad In the classifieds, meet the seller check out the merchandise, pay and walk away. It was considered a private property transaction that didn't need the bureaucrats rubber stamp of approval.
That's partly my point. Having more guns in the hands of law abiding citizens, has given the criminal element a bonanza of choice is stealing weapons.
WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Did you REALLY just say it's my fault the criminals have weapons, because I buy mine legally, therefore the criminal has the ability to steal more weapons, because I but mine legally?
Holy F'n crap.....
