What an unbelievable system!

Why mad at CEOs? Hell at least they lead companies that produce something. Let's apply the income equality across the board, starting with Hollywood.

Jennifer Aniston: $16,500,000

Contrary to your claim, the system is NOT "broken" at all.

IF people did NOT VOLUNTARILY attend and PAY to WATCH them, they wold NOT be payed so much.

The free market is working.

Sounds like someone is VERY JEALOUS.

Camera Operator in Hollywood, CA $35,000
Stuntman Average Salary: $70,000.

Without them theses movies couldn't be made at all. Why don't the progressive liberal celebs share the wealth with the peons who make their absurd salaries possible? Why do you think they earned and deserve that money but the top CEO's in the country don't? Just the usual liberal double standard on display.

And the athletes too.

Vote for Bernie. He'll tax them into the poor house and give all their money to the rest of us. We'll have free movies for everyone.

I am supporting Sen. Sanders. I expect he will raise taxes on income like taking the upper limit of Social Security taxes. I would tax all income from all sources with a base deductible at the 90th percentile. The top tax rates would be set at an exponential rate from 30 to 90%. That way an income of $50,000,000 would result in a after tax income of $5,000,000. That should be enough to be able to eat, drink or drug yourself to death.

I remember seeing the CEO pay list and the MLB salary list and there were something like 80 baseball players that would have cracked the top 5-10 CEO pay list.

But the problem is CEO's? lol.

I agree with the poster(s) that stated vote with your wallet. Don't like Downey Jr., Cam Newton, Beiber or the CEO of googles paychecks? Then don't give them your business you bunch of whiners.

There is nothing liberal about it. But in all fairness, how much money does one really need?

It's a bit crazy that people make that much money. Just think how much that would go to feeding homeless people, hell with just half or less we could help them get a car, etc. Same with big companies like Walmart & their CEO's, how much is too much? I'm not religious but it's the old adage, You can't take it with you. If I had 50 million most of that would go towards helping someone or something. I bet most of those people on those list actors, etc. I just can't imaging all that damn money. It's overboard in all honesty.

Just food for thought.

Oh this nonsense again.

Actors who command those kinds of monies are not on par with individuals making a salary.

They are businesses unto themselves, who employ a lot of people to keep it all going. By the time they pay 15% to their agent, 15% to their personal manager, 15% to their business manager, pay their stylist, their assistants, their hair and makeup for every event, their travel, their security, their fitness trainers, their dermatologist, their voice coach, their taxes, their parents and various hangers on, there's a lot less than those numbers left over.

And if a movie they star in makes 2 billion at the box office, and they are a major reason why, why should all that money go to the mega conglomerates that produce them? They make a drop in comparison to the overall BO take.
