You might want to check out all the BLUE states in the following list...

States which DON'T have laws that protect against gender identity discrimination. And 28 of these states have NO laws protecting LGBTs at all.

Alabama
Alaska
Arizona
Arkansas
Florida
Georgia
Idaho
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Louisiana
Massachusetts
Michigan
Mississippi
Missouri
Montana
Nebraska
New Hampshire
New York
North Carolina
North Dakota
Ohio
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
South Carolina
South Dakota
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Virginia
West Virginia
Wisconsin
Wyoming

Did You Know It's Legal In Most States To Discriminate Against LGBT People? : It's All Politics : NPR

List updated March 24, 2016. NPR cites the Movement Advancement Project, the ACLU, and the National Conference of State Legislatures as their sources for this info.

And, of course, the Federal Government itself does NOT list sexual orientation or gender identity as a protected class.

So... where are the announcements of all the other boycotts? Hmmm...???

I already know it's true. You're the one who doubts it. Go see for yourself.

Executive orders are "policy positions," NOT laws. Laws require legislative body action and approval.

NY has NO law protecting transgenders. Period. Let the boycotts begin!
In NY executive orders have the same force as a law. Sorry if you can not accept that FACT, but it is a FACT.

With respect to transgender individuals, SONDA does not explicitly prohibit discrimination based on gender identity and expression. However, SONDA does apply when a transgender person is discriminated against based upon his or her actual or perceived sexual orientation. Furthermore, courts have also held that transgender people are protected under provisions of the New York State Human Rights Law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex and/or disability. And in 2009, then-Governor David Paterson issued an executive order prohibiting discrimination in state employment on the basis of gender identity.

THAT stance!
Considering abortion is provided in all 50 states in this country, I don't find Hobby Lobby being hypocritical in this instance. Certainly nothing like PayPal doing business in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia while pulling out of North Carolina for this law.

So when you are in a locker room you expose your genitalia to others.....news flash, no one wants to be forced to see your vagina.

Stop with your lying, you have no proof and we all know you are lying.

See? Even you admit It's NOT law.

NPR's statement of fact, stands. Period.

NY has NO law whatsoever protecting gender identity/expression from discrimination in employment, housing or public accommodations.

And BTW, neither does the Federal Government.

THE SAME AS LAW. Meaning it is treated exactly like a law.

If something is exactly the same it is exactly the same.

I have already posted the links to the laws of NY that do indeed cover sexual orientation and gender identity. And you saying "nuh uh" don't make it not true.

See, I know how to back up my claims unlike some here.
