to insinuate that I should use the male/female washrooms is racist!!

how far do you want to take this?
Careful, don't make to much sense...that could easily end this pathetic yet entertaining thread.

And MI, OH, VA, PA, FL don't even have laws to protect sexual orientation on top of that. Right wing states only? Hardly.

If they are allowed, by law, then they have the same right to get changed as anyone else in there, and your indecent exposure statute would not apply.
We'll just have to run some test cases, then, no? What's the standard of proof that one is in fact a transgender person and not just a sexual predator? Just their "say so?" What protections do MINORS have from unwilling exposure to strangers' opposite sex genitalia?

Parents, etc., WILL fight back on this.

You're right, even Utah protects gender identification.

The solution is to make a separate restroom for all the bigots.
Case closed.

NY does cover gender identity discrimination in public accommodations, housing and employment.

Not in regards to public accommodations, which is WHAT this thread is about. There's a bill that hasn't passed, there's no law.

In fact, In fact, here's a list and the map of states that do not have laws that prevent gender identity/expression discrimination in employment, housing or public accommodations.:

Alabama
Alaska
Arizona
Arkansas
Florida
Georgia
Idaho
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Louisiana
Massachusetts
Michigan
Mississippi
Missouri
Montana
Nebraska
New Hampshire
New York
North Carolina
North Dakota
Ohio
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
South Carolina
South Dakota
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Virginia
West Virginia
Wisconsin
Wyoming

33 states.

And, of course, the Federal Government itself does NOT list sexual orientation or gender identity as a protected class.

A governor's executive action on "policy" is NOT a law. Just like Obama's EOs are NOT law.

Only in employment by the Federal Government. There is NO coverage in public accommodations in Federal Law.

Please STOP deliberately spreading misinformation.

There are no Transgender Women? Obviously, they would not use the Men's Urinal but go into the stall and close the door, same as a Transgender Man would do in the Women's Restroom.

Not to get OT, but which should Caitlyn Jenner or Chaz Bono use? Would it bother you to see them in the Women's and Men's Restrooms respectively?
