I wish this was closer to the presidential election, I'm afraid it will have died down by then. As others have said this may through the election to Trump.

Usually they start behaving themselves and courting the center about now. Unfortunately the Radicals are are strong in this Administration.

You've nailed it.

I don't know.

I do know a lot of bathroom legislation proposed in different states has been packed with restrictions aimed at LGB but not T. They disguise it as a "bathroom bill" so they are more likely to get it passed.

Many conservatives make no distinction between LGB and T. Everybody in this community is evil, hell bound, worthy of death, and will cause God to completely wipe America off the face of the planet (not my belief, but the belief of many conservatives).

I do dislike Federal blackmail. For the younger people, back in the early 1970s the States were forced to lower the speed limit to 55: or lose Federal highway funds.

I have no trouble with the idea of transgenders using the restroom they identify with. But I do have trouble with the Obama Administration blackmailing the States.

I agree. This surely has not been on any one's list, that I know, of issues that have been keeping them up at night. Oh gee, there is terrorism, poverty, rampant domestic abuse, racial tension, etc., but poor so and so can't go to the bathroom he "identifies" with, how sad.....

And how do you not see that this law has opened up a Pandora's box of crapola? If you don't think more crimes in the bathroom aren't going to escalate you are the clueless one...
