Transgenders have been using public school bathrooms since long before any of you were ever born.
They DIDN'T expose their opposite sex genitalia to minors in multiple occupancy changing/locker/shower rooms. ...Until now that Obama has given them permission to do so.
This has already been happening nowdays. I've noticed for a while now that kids are allowed now to only have one personality and one set of beliefs...for all their attempts to be soo unique and have such individual expression by wearing all their zany outfits and blue hair and tattoos, all young people today have been programmed to pretty think and act the exact same as one another...they're not unique at all once you get right down to it...there used to be the jocks, the goth kids, artsy kids, the nerdy kids etc...but you don't even really see the different clicks of kids nowdays...nowdays they are all just one in the same and all walk around regurgitating their pre-programmed lines about equality to one another, and anyone else who will take them seriously.
LOOK at the hipster phenomena. Young men who all look exactly the same...who think exactly the same. How are we going to progress if the individual is not encouraged? The progressives in fact through their policy are anti progress.
As for human bodily excretion - you need to go.....just go into that room called a bathroom. The simple solution is to have one washroom used by one person at a time....bathrooms are not social occasions. It has nothing to do with anatomy .....what the liberals are creating is segregation....if you need to go there are single stalls or single rooms. The strange part is that going to the bathroom became identified with gender which it is not.....
Sometimes if a mother has a young boy who needs to pee....a mother can take the young infant male into a female washroom.....it is not about sex. It is about going to the bathroom....so - why make things so political...can you imagine - we have politicized having a poo.....what a society.

I've dated trans people. I've lived with them. One of my best friend, also a former lover, is trans. Trust me, when you get to know transgendered people on a personal level, you will realize how ridiculous your accusations are.

How does any of that change the fact that at least in the IL School Dist, a MTF trans student with a penis exposed his genitalia to minor girls in the school's multiple occupancy girls' restrooms/locker/shower rooms?
Transgendered people and others who are trying to figure out who they are deserve protection and equal rights as do we all but when you think about it this whole bathroom thing is absurd.
It just seems like such a ridiculous cause for the President of the United States to take up for such a small fraction of society. There are plenty of schools that don't have transgendered students and if they did I'm sure they would make accommodations for that kid but to make it a nation wide mandate and if not followed the school risks losing federal funding??
How is that fair to 99.9% of regular students?? I think most students would be accepting of another who is struggling with their identity. If not the schools already have rules against bullying.
I'm trying to reason why the topic of confused teens has caused Obama to take up their cause and my thoughts are leading down dark areas.
Obama is the master of the bait and switch and the media plays right along while the American public has a short memory SO what is he hiding? Is the Middle East burning? Are the terrorists set to over take Europe or invade America from Mexico?
Has this bathroom nonsense been heralded to divert attention from the situation at the border? Is he trying to take something away from Trump or Hillary? Is there some big scandal brewing on the horizon.
Is Obamas domestic and foreign policies falling apart and dragging the country down with them? Is Obamacare set to implode? Has Iran disregarded the agreement and they have instead been busy enriching uranium for a bomb? Is Obama simply trying to create something of a legacy or trying to upset the majority?
Is he trying to send a even bigger wedge between the Reps and Dems since most Republicans think this bathroom stuff is nonsense then come election time the Dems can point and say how backwards and anti minority the Republicans really are.
Is America heading off a cliff and this is Obamas way to divert our attention?
Well of all the things he could do, and was going to do, the spying, the drug war, the wars on foreign soil, the lack of transparency, etc...he chooses to focus on going potty. It's a somewhat fitting end for his presidency

Unless you have proof a such an incident, it appears you are referring to the Illinois District 211 lawsuit which was not brought by any students but rather a conservative Christian group.
You're misinformed. The lawsuit is being brought by school district students and parents.
