I have. And not only that, I've lived in several states, and my kids and I have attended several different schools and universities. And we've all used state and national park facilities in various locations. Based on that, we KNOW FOR A FACT that what you describe is NOT available at all facilities, nationwide.
Therein lies the problem with the Obama Admin mandate that those with penises and testicles be allowed to change and shower with minor girls and women (and vice versa) in multiple occupancy changing/locker/shower room facilities.

It's INSANE, after 7 years of saving the American Economy, American Families Homes, Stopping Medical companies from placing liens on peoples property, record breaking improvements in jobs, saving the automotive industry by supporting their continuance, killing Bin Laden with a Seal Team, instead of blowing up two countries and destabilizing a region, pushing for curtailment in the outrageous encroachment cost upon young people for education and supporting a system of diplomacy. Still- Right Winger, can't digest to consider any of this because they can't see beyond the skin and their hatred for anyone from a historical culture who were once thought of as "property", to be President and to see him have to fix the mess up's made by their hailed Anglo previous president.
They will never wake up and open their eyes. It's the same as the masses of 50 yrs ago, attacked people in the streets fighting against Civil Equality. The only things that keeps them from the mad man belligerence of fighting in the streets is the fear of being jailed. Other than that, they fight by denial, attacks, and use the same other tools they used during segregation; which was, "put down commentary", "cow dung slinging", "refusal to acknowledge achievements", "refusal to make themselves aware of the progressive works", and "they can't fathom the thought of giving credit for the many works President Obama achieved. Because in the Right Wing Mind, that is too much like respecting a person of color as an Equal.

Even in the courts of today, women are not prosecuted the same as men when it comes to sex with minors, because to do so, would promote and imply male and female equality, so, they go soft on the women and the undertone of such implies that she is "less than, and must be compensated for her actions by lesser penalty.
Right Winger- is another word for "Conservative" and Conservative is another word for "Confederate Ideologist". The word games continues because it is taken as premise that the masses understand it primarily as a racial divide party make up.
There is nothing conservative about it, except trying to conserve the ideals of a Antebellum Society of Confederate Ideals. This is a truth they won't admit in public and many can't and won't admit it to themselves. Even the so called Evangelicals, is another confabulation undertaking. Back in the era of the slavery, one pushed and claimed Christian and to know and live by Christian Values, but in the other hand, held a whip, chains and torture, for self enrichment and ego elation of vanity. None of which goes along within being a Christian. "Two Faces" one lying unto the other, while they are part of a single human head on a single human body. "Convoluted" is the word to depict such, lost in the fictions of their own confabulations, unaware they make themselves an abomination unto the premise of Christian premise. Trying to serve two masters, who are on opposite ends of the spectrum, by a simple turn of the head from left to right, as a different face appears with the turn.
President Obama has certainly shown who he is, and he is who he said he is and has worked to do what he said he would do. That is push for and work toward "Change" for THE AMERICA PEOPLE, to push for and build a system of "equal systems of fair play", opportunity without bigotry constraining it, and working to promote democracy as a communicable platform in dealing with the people and the world communities of nations.
This however, riles the hell out of "Right Wingers", who still have the barbarian mentality of "Seek a Fight", "Create a Conflict", "Talk Loud and Drum up a Dumb'ed down posse" and "Attack Something" !!!!! They care nothing about "Facts', they are lost in "Publicity Buzz Words", never knowing or caring to know the root meaning of the words, nor the premise of the word in broad context.
Ignorance is astoundingly insidious and the more insidious it is, the more astounded with foolish bravado of the uninformed and ignorant become and be.
The good thing about today's world of recording "history", is: It will be recorded by multiple voices instead of the past "white washed versions" from yester-years. It won't be twisted and the truth hidden and covered over with delusions, the facts are not only evident in visual format, but audio and written text as well as full live motion video.
