If this has anything to do with the Romeike family, portraying that case as an attack on U.S. homeschooling is a complete misrepresentation of the facts.

University of Toronto moved to gender neutral showers in their dorms. In the first month, two women reported people sticking their cell phones over the stalls to record them while showering. They've reinstated male and female bathrooms, as well as maintaining one per floor for trans-gender students. Who would ever have foreseen something like that happening?

That happened in a rec center recently. The perpetrator was a straight male employee of the rec center, NOT a MtF transgender person. A variation of up-skirting. Nothing to do with transgender issues.

Some people are just gross. In Boulder a couple of years ago, a man climbed into the tank of a portable latrine so he could get a good look at lady parts. Yes, really! A woman saw him and chased him out. Just the thought of a urine & feces covered man running away from the scene makes me want to throw up when I'm not laughing from the ridiculousness of it.

This is the problem with the misinformation spread by the left. Person after person have stated that it's not the trannies, it's opening the door to every other sicko in the country. Read my post on the last page in fact where I stated that this isn't about allowing the .03% of trannies to use the bathroom they don't actually correspond to. This is about erasing the natural distinction between men and women. Shared bathrooms, locker rooms and showers is where this is all headed. It's unhealthy and unsafe.

It hasn't morphed. Multiple occupancy changing/locker/shower rooms have been part of the issue, all along. See the IL school district case that heated up at the end of 2015. See the PA state university case in which a federal court (in 2015) upheld the expulsion of FTM trans with a vagina for using men's multiple occupancy restrooms/locker/shower rooms on campus and at the campus rec center. Actually READ NC's HB2. All are about multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms, such as the photos I posted.

The only reason liberals and the MSM are almost exclusively referring to this as a "bathroom" issue is because that sounds so much more innocuous than the problem really is.

Tell that to the FTM trans with a vagina who got expelled from a PA state university for using the men's multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms on campus.

Federal court upheld the expulsion in 2015:
Quote:
"This case arises from Plaintiff Seamus Johnston’s allegations that Defendants discriminated against him based on his sex and his transgender status(1) by prohibiting him from using sex-segregated locker rooms and restrooms that were designated for men. Although the parties have submitted lengthy briefs and have advanced numerous arguments, this case presents one central question: whether a university, receiving federal funds, engages in unlawful discrimination, in violation of the United States Constitution and federal and state statutes, when it prohibits a transgender male student from using sex-segregated restrooms and locker rooms designated for men on a university campus. The simple answer is no."

(1) Plaintiff was born a female but identifies as a transgender male."

A FTM trans with a vagina was using men's multiple occupancy facilities like those shown below, and it was the MALE students at the PA state university who complained...

I view homeschooling as a way to make certain the children have the same level of prejudice and ignorance as their parents. It is even more effective then private Church schools. it is also a poor way of educating future employees unless the KKK needs slaves.

I have decided that I consider myself a dog. Thus when I go to my area public school to vote on the budget on Tuesday I will either pee on a fire hydrant, take a dump in the school playground or both.Obama will protect me, I'm sure.
