This all started with first the PA university case, and then the IL school district case. And quite frankly, given the fact that a federal court has already ruled against what Obama has dictated, I don't see how this is anything but a losing battle for Obama, making him look even more incompetent and ineffective than he already is.

You're clueless. The PA and IL incidents, at the very least, happened LONG before the Obama Admin got involved in the issue. This is a completely idiotic knee-jerk reaction by Obama and his Admin, and they're correctly being called out on being so idiotic in not thinking through the consequences and legal ramifications of the actions they've taken.

No, it just makes one wonder, if you aren't concerned about sexual assault everywhere it actually does exist, what is your reason for pursuing a course of doom and gloom over a place that has never actually happened? You do realize Trump says transgenders can use whatever bathroom they want, right? He's not going to be your anti-transgender savior you think he is.
Just enroll them at Sidwell Friends, where Obama's girls go to school. As a private school I don't believe they get Title 9 funds and are not subject to this stupidity. One set of rules for him and his family, another for the peasants.
