Also, you ARE aware that school kids are charged with sexual harassment/assault merely for hugging, holding hands, etc., with another student, no? No genitalia exposure involved, yet it's STILL a crime.
They DIDN'T expose their opposite sex genitalia to minors in multiple occupancy changing/locker/shower rooms. ...Until now that Obama has given them permission to do so.

This all started with first the PA university case, and then the IL school district case. And quite frankly, given the fact that a federal court has already ruled against what Obama has dictated, I don't see how this is anything but a losing battle for Obama, making him look even more incompetent and ineffective than he already is.
A PA public university expelled a FTM trans student with a vagina for using the men's multiple occupancy restrooms/locker/shower rooms, and federal court upheld the expulsion in 2015:

It's only a crime if there is a complaint filed. If no one objects it's a high probablility no one in officialdom even knows, correct?
