I deleted my post with his picture here. No reason to spread it if its wrong. Reports now indicate that the man in the picture turned his gun in and was filmed running from the area with others during the shots being fired without the gun.

Such a mess and sad few days all 'round.

I can't believe people were there filming with their phones while the snipers were shooting.

I think it's worth repeating most cops, 95-97% are good people doing a very difficult job that most of us would not be willing to do.
