I asked a question. Odd that doing that when you do not have all the answers and information is seen as negative anymore.

Your agenda is clear. Police can't have a justifiable shooting in your mind. Did you read the article? The husband says she has a weapon. When they arrive she is aiming the weapon at them. What would you do?

I did read the article.....all of it.

Police were called to Jester's south-central Austin apartment complex (above) after her husband said she had a BB gun and her behavior was 'erratic'

The body of the article says:

Quote:
"Police were responding to a 911 call made by Jester’s husband at around 3:45am, who was complaining about her ‘erratic’ behavior.
He warned police that his wife had a weapon."
As sparse as that text is, the writing of the reporter is far more reliable than that of the copywriter of the caption (or the headline).

If the woman had only a BB gun and the husband knew it, he was a fool for calling the police in the first place. Or something more nefarious than a fool.

I have no idea......maybe she was threatening to kill herself or something and he was looking for help. I have no idea.
